She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Cuyk and Clarice Van Cuyk (Kobs); and her sister Nancy. She is survived by : her son John Habeck (Amy); her grandsons, Evan and William; and also Sandy. She is also survived by many other extended family members and countless friends and coworkers.
