He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Overesch and Ethel Overesch (Peters); his brother Joe Overesch; and his brother-in-law Dave Newland. He is survived by: his wife Lois Overesch; the mother of his children Gloria Lowenhagen; his daughters, Heather Bedord (Brad) and Caroline Overesch; his grandchildren, Alexis Hendrickson, Carter Hendrickson and Amelia Bedord; his siblings, John Overesch (Maurine), Mary Summers (Al), Dan Overesch (Laurie), Theresa Newland, William Overesch (Jean) and Tony Overesch (Joan); his sister-in-law Celeste Overesch; and his stepchildren, Bobbie Lynn Thompson (Keith), Laurie Permaloff and Dr. Nowell Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel (606 N Oneida St, Appleton, WI 54911). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
