He is survived by: his children, Dan Frailing, Rebecca Verkuilen of Appleton and Andy Frailing (Teri) of Menomonee Falls; his grandchildren, Ben and Morgan; and his brothers, Bill (Sharon), Tom and Mike.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army of Appleton or Harbor House Shelter of Appleton.
