Gilbert Miller Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Miller of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Miller and Ethel Miller (Rogers); his daughter Kristine Coffey; his former wife Cecilia Miller; his brother Marvin Miller; and the mother of his children Dorothy Gehring.

He is survived by: his wife Cissy; his children, Gregg Miller (Debbie), Jayne Williams (David), Nanette Rozelle (Harrison) and Gifford Miller (Becky); his stepchildren, Karla Dee (Phillip), Houston, Becky Piette (Mark), Don Van Ryzin (Heidi) and Jason Van Ryzin (Laurie Esquivel); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Miller, Madison and Pearl Kunz. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Old Glory Honor Flight will be made.
