She is survived by: her husband Melvin R. Smith; her children, Simonie Jones (Stephen) of Tulsa, OK, Todd Smith of Farmington Hills, MI and Brian Smith; her grandson Brandon Kolarik; and her sisters, Dolores Dageforde and Carole Qualle of Hudson, WI.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
