It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory J. Rentmeester of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rentmeester and Arletta Rentmeester (Barlament); and his close friend Jeff Garzenetti. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "Cheri" Rentmeester; his children, Joseph, Angie and Nick Rentmeester (Amanda); his grandson Mason; his stepchildren, Bradley and Carrie Behling; his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee, Jackson, Elias and Oliver; his stepchildren, Josh and Melissa Young; his stepgrandchildren, Tori, Blake, Ella and McKinley; his stepchildren, Jeffrey and Jenifer Behling; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia, Myka, Jemma and Kevin; his sisters, Kathy Barth and Sandy Rentmeester; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Smet (Jim), Diane Meyerhofer (Kip), Nancy Ebben (Greg), Gary Vander Loop (Bonnie) and Jim Vander Loop (Paula).
