He is survived by: his fiancée Lori Hooyman; his children, Brandon Martinek (Lisa) and Anneli Taylor (Graham); his former wife Vicki Martinek; his grandchildren, Liam, George and Sophia; his siblings, Richard Martinek (Darlene) and Sharon Meythaler (Mark); his partner's sons, Troy Hooyman (Cynthia) and Brett Hooyman (Amado); Emma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Guy's honor to Wisconsin Veterans Village.
