She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Bayer; her parents, Henry Broeker and Isla Broeker (Stark); her brother Donald Broeker (Helen); her sons-in-law, Francis McKenzie and James Jabb; and her grandson Andrew McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Bayer McKenzie, Paul Bayer, James Bayer (Kathleen), Susan Bayer and David Bayer (Trish). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Compassus Hospice in Neenah, Wisconsin.
