With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry D. Augustine (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Z. M., Geraldine McGhee, Ernest and Florence Augustine. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Augustine and Tammy Augustine of Appleton; his sister Caroline Augustine of Denver; his sister Erica Rae Van Handel; his nieces and nephews, Forrest and Jameson Billingsley; and also, Juniper Brielle, Barry McGhee (Sharon) of Chattanooga, Susan Rowell (Shawn) of Daphne, Beth Florentine of Shreveport, Dean Augustine of Markesan, Dane Augustine (Gilda) of Terlingua and Kurt Augustine (Ann Chafoulias) of Phoenix.

Memorial contributions will be used for Juniper's future.
