He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Herman and Mabel Herman (Mason); his son Justin Clark Herman; and his brothers, Mike Herman and Chuck Herman.
He is survived by: his children, Jenna Herman-Verhagen (Brandon) and James "Jimmy" Herman (Casey); his grandchildren, Tyler Lindsey, Talia Verhagen, Sullivan Verhagen and Lily Herman; his former wife Janine Herman; his sisters, Melanie Houge (Mike), Debbie Herman, Chris Myren (Rick) and Marlene Johnson; his nephew Christopher Herman (Kelly); and his nieces, Jessica Leiberg (David), Morgan Barrington (Dallen) and Chanin Styka (Tim).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bubolz Nature Center (4815 N Lynndale Dr, Appleton, WI 54913).
