He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Leigh Driessen and Jean Hlavacek; his niece Rachel Cabral-Guevara; his nephew Justin Hlavacek (Sarah); his great-niece Marion Guevara (Cassandra Cottman); and his great-nephews, Alejandro Guevara, Emilio Guevara, Lars Cabral, Noah Hlavacek and Evan Hlavacek.
