It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walter LaFond of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter LaFond and Caroline LaFond (Biechler); and his sister Esther. He is survived by : his wife Lenore LaFond; his children, Becky LaFond, Mike LaFond (Mary) and James LaFond; his niece Chris Amble (Joe); his nephew Craig LaSota (Kay); and his friend Dennis Geiger.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
