James Peter Probst Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Peter Probst (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Probst and Catherine Probst (Schaefer); his siblings, Edward Probst (Helen), Sister Ann Francis Probst, Robert Probst (Joyce) and Joseph Probst (Carol); his son-in-law Brian Owen; his parents-in-law, Anton and Genevieve Fischer; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Fischer and Gary Quigley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Connie Darnick (Rick), Greg Probst (Steven Henke), Peter Probst (Jody) and Paul Probst (Mary); his grandchildren, Eric Hogendorf (Sarah), Matthew Hogendorf (Amanda), Ash Owen (Josh Rodriguez), Daniel Younger, Stefanie Fude (Alex), Christopher Probst (Jiaying Ren), Haley Probst, Tiffany Darnick and Kaitlyn Skiba (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Trenton, Hannah, Cole, Jillian, Kensley and Hailee; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Quigley and Sharon Fischer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
