As Joan departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home (101 Canal St, Little Chute, WI 54140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. Anne volunteered with RSVP Fox Cities, and was their longest serving member, joining in September 1999 and contributed 7770 hours of service over 26 years.
