We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025, at the age of 91, Joan Elizabeth Kolosso of Appleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Berghuis and Petronella Berghuis (Ebben). She is survived by: her husband Donald Kolosso of Mary's Parish; her children, Debra Verstegen, Sharon Charlier (Robert), Randall Kolosso (Julie), Connie Fischer and Larry Kolosso (Michelle); her daughter-in-law Betsy Kolosso; her grandchildren, Victoria, Kathleen, Joanna, Nicole, Dean, Brian, Eric, Ericka, Jeremiah, Michael, Matthew, Sarah, Krista, Jacquelyn, Nikalaas and Haleigh; her sister Carol Kessler (Peter); her sister-in-law Darlene Berghuis; her sons, Steven and Joseph; her son-in-law Guy Verstegen; and her grandson Jeremy Long. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and the friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Thomas More Parish (1810 N McDonald St, Appleton, WI 54911). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
