He was predeceased by: his parents, Renzie Weber and Emma Weber; his wife Ellen Weier; his parents-in-law, Edward and Mary Jane Weier; and his siblings, Norman, Nelmer, Laverne, Bernice, Isabel, Alvina, Ardella and Rosie.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Debbie), Steve, Jeff (Melissa) and Susan Michlig (Mike); his grandchildren, Kyle Weber (Jenny), Ryan Weber (Anna), Emily Roberson (Jason), Nick Weber, Joshua Weber (Katie), Tyler Weber (Johanna), Meghan DeGrave (James), Kaitlyn Roskopf (Jacob), Lindsey Dyb (Austin) and Michael Michlig; his great grandchildren, Oliver, William, Stella, Parker, Lincoln, Walter, Wyatt, Miley and Nolan; his brother Mike Weber (Rita); and his in-laws, June Weber, Elaine Stephens, Jerry Weier (Sharon), Jan Ederer (Don), Karen Squire (Rolly), Dan Weier, Kenny Rakow, Norma Webber, Stanley Phillips, Kenny Olson, Dave Phillips and Wayne Stephens. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (312 S State St, Appleton, WI 54911). A Mass was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Joe's name to the charities listed.
