Joyce Sykes Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Joyce Sykes of Appleton, Wisconsin is shared. Joyce, born on May 16, 1945, passed away on October 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Joyce will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Joyce by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Joyce is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Joyce’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allen Sykes; and her children, Lisa and Lowell. She was also cherished by her husband, her two children and their spouses, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (325 E Franklin St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
