She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Meltz and Marie Meltz (Van Landghen); her husbands, Bernie Davis and Jerry Schroeder; her siblings, Larry Meltz (Lois) and Ramona Meltz; her daughter-in-law Tye Davis; her parents-in-law, Harold and Lillian Davis; her brothers, George Wales, John'Jack'Leddy, Frank (Edith Davis), Lawler (Helen Davis) and John'Jack'Kessler; JoAnn Wales Leddy and Ginny Rankin.
She is survived by: her children, Pam DeLeest (Tom), Sue Crahen (Dan), John Davis of Milaca, MN and Traci Davis (David Granheim) of Brookston, MN; her grandchildren, Keely DeLeest, Krissy Jaloszynski (Joe), Tony Davis (Wilai), Walker Kuhlman (Shawna), Jeff Kuhlman and Shelby Voigt (Colton); her great grandchildren, Gracyn, Tommy Jaloszynski, Easton Kuhlman, Waylon, Lainey Kuhlman and Lincoln Voigt; her sibling's children, Pete Wales (Barbie), Jim Wales, Katie Hackstock (Mike), Joy Graham (Pat) and Caroline Kellogg (Steve); her sister-in-law Janet Kessler of Louisville, KY; and her close friend Don Moon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In 2003, Judy was able to donate stem cells to JoAnn that kept them together on this earth for another 15 years.
