She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Barbieur and Adeline Barbieur (Gosz); her husband Victor Weber; her sister Pat Hiltz (John); and her stepson Steve Weber.

She is survived by: her daughters, Liz Kernen (S. O. Mark), Amy Sonnenburg (Tom) and Teresa Van Den (Steve); her stepchildren, Mike Weber (Hugo), Chris Weber, Teresa Serowoky (Duane), Sandra Nymoen (Jeff) and Matt Weber (S. O. Linda); and her stepdaughter-in-law Leigh. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in memory of Julie for the various charities she was passionate about.
