She is survived by: her father James Franzen; her stepfather Vincent Brandt; her stepsisters, Cindy Nadke and Lori Robbins; her aunts and uncles, Jim, Sandy Busch and Karen Liebergen; her cousins, John Jahnel, Mike Jahnel and Jeneen Liebergen; and her close friends, Andy and Mary Williams.
All donations to be donated to the Outagamie County Humane Society in memory of Julie.
