It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Jane Desjarlais (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Bishop Hoffman and Grant Hoffman; and her nephew Corey Miles Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Desjarlais and Joshua Dutton (Mark); and her siblings, Richard Hoffman (Marcia) and Patricia Ann Chopra (Vijay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
