He is survived by: his wife Debra Dollevoet; his daughter Amanda Peters (Rick); his stepsons, Justin Biese (Jessica) and Lucas Biese (Ying); his grandchildren, Vennesa, Taylor and Paige; his stepgrandchildren, Maya and Xander; his great grandchildren, Skylynn, Addalynn, Novaleigha and Astella; his sisters, Carla Haacke (Ron), Karen Wildenberg (Dan) and Kim Geurts; and his father-in-law Ronald Dollevoet. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
