He is survived by: his son Derek; his daughter-in-law Jafia Bork; his sister Cindy Sweet (Randy); his nephew Justin Sweet (Christopher); his niece Elisa Sweet; his uncle Jerry Bork (Julene); and his cousin Scott Bork (Heidi).
