He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Hoffmann and Virginia VandenHogan (Emmet); his in-laws, Joseph and Mary Stinski (Delfosse); his siblings, Jerome Hoffmann (Marian), Robert Hoffmann, Theresa Hile, Henrietta Meyer and Loretta Derks (Kenneth); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Stinski (Darlene), Richard Stinski (Nancy), James Stinski, Elmer Stinski and Margaret Jochman (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Florence Stinski; his daughters, Kim Merz and Nancy Sword; his grandsons, Adam Jensen and Andrew Jensen; his great grandchild A. J. Jensen; his sister DeeJay Jacob (Thomas); and his sister-in-law Juanita Fehrman (Edwin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
