She is survived by: her mother Lillian Schultz (Fortmann); her sons, Andrew (Ann) of Phoenix, AZ, Mark, Timothy (Trica) of North Fond, Lac, Peter (Allison) of South Whitley, IN and Stephen (Kaitlyn) of Seymour, WI; her grandchildren, Jonah, Gabriel, Grace, Hope, Charlotte, Clara, Everleigh, Rudy and Amelia; and her siblings, Bryan, Dale, Glenn and Janet Boggio.
