She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Rink; and her brother-in-law Randy Rawlings. She is survived by: her husband Randy West of Appleton; her siblings, Dan Rink (Dee Yeakey), Barb Glass, Tim Rink (Becky) and Chrissy Rawlings (Karl Stephenson); her close friend Bonnie Miller; her pets, Raven and Riley; her caregivers, Sarah, Jen, Dr. Nick Freeman and Linda; and also, Tom, Marion West, Steve West (Shannon) and Dan West (Pam). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
