She was predeceased by: her father Lester Long; her husband Edward "Butch" Chadek; her brother Ronald Long; her son-in-law David Lyons; her mother-in-law Julia Chadek (Moriarty); and her niece Theresa Adrianson.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Chadek, Kathryn Lyons, Jan Paulson (Joe), John Chadek (Gail), Thomas Chadek and Michael Chadek (Char Hackmaster); her grandchildren, Eliot Lyons (Ressie), Jordan Lyons, Rob Rankin (Kelly), Patrick Stinski (Christine Wetley), Christy Miller, Fawn Mannel (Chris Bramer), Fallon Marquardt and Foster Chadek (Cassandra Blaylock); her great grandchildren, Cailee, Cassie, Jaxon, Conner, Keegan, Landon, Aubree, Ethan, Vienna, Marcel, Carter, Ryder and Cru; and her friend Jim Casper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
