She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlen Vollbrecht and Betty Vollbrecht (Hagen); her siblings, Danny Vollbrecht, Jan Gilbertson, Gary and Todd Vollbrecht; and her brother-in-law David Haferbecker.
She is survived by: her daughter Katelyn Flatoff (Travis); her grandchildren, Eli and Orlen Flatoff; her sisters, Patty Vollbrecht, Cheryl Krueger (John) and Lisa Haferbecker; and her siblings' children, Eric Lund (Kelly), Steven Lund (Janelle), Erica Mohaugen, Belle Leonard (Jon), Jessi Krueger (Lucas Kirsh) and Samantha Jatczak (Justin).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
She grew her hair long with a purpose, donating it to Locks of Love, because giving back was simply in her nature.
