With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle Leroy Butts (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Birnamwood, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Butts and Frances Butts (Fandrey); his daughter Dena Sorge; his brother Donald; and his sister-in-law Carm Butts.

He is survived by: his wife Eyvonne Jansen; his children, Debbie Seefeld (Curt), Dave (Ann), Dan (Nancee) and Dean (Debbie Leitz); his grandchildren, Scott Zeinert, Emily Butts, Danielle Butts, Jenna Mulder (Nathan), Mikayla Butts (Jordan Fenner), Lydia Butts, Dominic Sorge and Brianna Sorge; and his great grandchild David Mulder.
