He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Steward and Laura Steward (Winterfeldt); his siblings, Douglas, Ronald, Rodger Steward and Elsa Schultz; and his grandson Eric Norman Pluger.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Irene Sunnes; his children, Kathy A. Pluger (Kenneth), Tony R. Steward (Anna Menting), Todd W. Steward (Barbara Staniak) and Ty R. Steward; his grandchildren, Anna Pluger, Sarah Prelesnik (Chris), Autumn O'Connell (Christopher), Christopher Steward (Ashley), Todd Steward Jr., Sean Steward (Brianna), Myles Steward and Logan Steward; his great grandchildren, Brian, Joe, Eli, Chase, Natalie, Marie and Liam; and his sisters, Eloise Thede, Audrey Thede and Diane Barrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
