She was predeceased by: her son John; her grandson Greg; her pet Gizmo; and her siblings, Lucille, Mary, Francis, Richard and James.
She is survived by: her husband George Burby; her daughter Barbara Hillman (Rick); her grandson Matthew Hillman (Rissel Peguero Almonte); and her brother Donald. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
