Margery (Carter) Balliette Obituary

We bid farewell to Margery (Carter) Balliette (Appleton, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 9, 2026 at the age of 96. Margery touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Dr. Homer (Eleanor Carter); her parents, Dr. Homer Carter and Eleanor Carter; her brother James Carter (Beverly); and her son Bruce.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy DeDecker (late Randy), Craig Balliette (Brittany), Dirck Balliette (Lynda) and David Balliette; and her grandchildren, Laura Malzon (Jeremy), James DeDecker (Lucy), Marcus Balliette, Chase Balliette, Nicole Fraley (Matthew) and Ami White. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for Rawhide and Samaritan's Purse.
