He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Jacques and Mary Jacques; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Nicole, Lauren (Aaron), Nathan, Hannah and David; his granddaughters, Cora and Delilah; and his siblings, Mike, Kathy, Therese, Bob and Peter.

In lieu of flowers, and other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established with Go Fund Me.
