He was predeceased by: his parents, Correl W. Mommaerts and Marjorie L. Mommaerts (Rathburn); his sister Kathleen Seanego; and his grandparents, Edwin, Mary Mommaerts, F. Orval and Marie Rathburn.
He is survived by: his son Shane Mommaerts; his granddaughter Kira Mommaerts; his siblings, Bruce Mommaerts, Craig Mommaerts (Annette), Carol McEwing (Bruce), Christopher Mommaerts (Miwako), Therese Hoagland and Scott Mommaerts; his nieces and nephews, Robert, Joshua, Julie, Steven of Jacob, AJ, Sash, Garrett, Haley, Taran and Taylor; his close friend Vicki V.; and also Amanda.
