She was predeceased by: her significant other Daniel Bork Senior. She is survived by: her sons, Dan Bork Jr. (Anne Streckenbach) of Appleton and Bill Bork (Jeanne Shavlik-Bork) of Combined Locks; her grandchildren, Adam Bork (Christine), Ashlee Pahl (Matt), Connor Shavlik (Mary Thompson), Ryan Shavlik (Jordyn), Andrew Bork and Sam Bork; her great grandchildren, Jayden Bork, Natalie Bork, Melody Bork, Ashton Pahl and Owen Pahl; her brother Marv; her sister-in-law Ellie Hietpas; Tim Bork (Patty) and Gwynne Parker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
