She was predeceased by: her parents, August Luedtke and Mildred Luedtke (Buss); her former husband James Dietzen; her husband Gilbert Meyer; and her brothers, Ernest Weyland (Diana), Robert Weyland (Della), Daniel Weyland (Shirley), James Weyland (LaVonne), Philip Weylandt (Molly), Ralph Luedtke (Sharon), John Luedtke (Lana), Sam Luedtke and Clifford Luedtke.
She is survived by: her son Michael Dietzen (Christine); and her grandchildren, Brooke Dietzen and Blake Dietzen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
