He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Sr. Bellis and Myrtle Bellis (Woodworth); his sister Barb Smith; his son Jamie Bellis; his sister-in-law Bev Houle; and his pet Jackie.
He is survived by: his children, Phil Bellis (Paula), Luke Bellis (Tina), Savanna Bellis (John Selwitschka) and Patty Hager (Matt); his grandchildren, Jackson, Alayna, John, Scarlett, Talon, Kira and Beau; his siblings, Cindy Krueger and Mark Bellis (Marla); and his godson Jason Bellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
