He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Johnson (Blackburn); his wife Nancy Winter; his siblings, Rick Johnson (Leanne) and Barb Kroll (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Nockerts, Richelle Kroll, Erik Nockerts, James Johnson (Shannon) and Paul Johnson.
