He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Slatky and Viola Slatky (Kozlovsky); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie and Robbyn. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Colson; his spouse Shirley Sonnenfeld; his children, Jim Slatky (Mary) and Sharon Masuca (Rick); his grandchildren, Ben Slatky, Christina Slatky, Laura Verkuilen (Anthony) and Rodney Brown; and his brothers, Kenny Slatky and Alan Slatky.
