She is survived by: her parents, Joe Geurts and Verna Geurts (Van Rixel); her husband Gerald Leonard Romenesko; her grandchildren, Rick Romenesko (Beth), Michael Romenesko (Callie), Nicholas Romenesko (Rachel), Joe Fitzgerald (Brian Wilson), Katie Hedquist (Ben), Ben Romenesko (Kate), Ross Romenesko (Kasey), Alexandra Phelps (Brian) and Abby Douglas; her great grandchildren, David, Wally Romenesko, Max, Frankie Romenesko, Fiona, Victoria, Elise Romenesko, Isla Hedquist, Emma Romenesko, Brooke and MacKenzie Romenesko; her sister Betty Wilke (Geurts); and her siblings-in-law, Clyde, Muggs Romenesko and Barbara Romenesko (Buller). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great and grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
