He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Jacobson and Ellen Jacobson (Chadek); his brothers, Tom and Mike; and his grandson Makswell.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Jeske; his children, Tera Burdick (Jim), Eric Jacobson (Kara) and Michelle Young (Ryan); and his siblings, Tim (Cheryl), Dean (Karen), Gary, Jon, David, MaryEllen (Jeff) and Jill Rodgers (Ken). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren his loyal dog.
