He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stoeger and Ruth Stoeger (Ross); his son-in-law Duaine; and his mother-in-law Ethel-Ethel-Ethel. He is survived by: his pets, Ruby and Reacher; his wife Vickie Stoeger (Vaubel); his children, Julia (Brian), Jennifer (Brent), Jason (Tessa), James (Fran), Joey Lynn and Andrew (Marcy); and his grandchildren, Paul, Ahnah, Oliver, Emmett, Amber, Adam, Austin, Dominic, Damon, Jazzmine, Dalton, Gretchen, Lucas, Nathaniel, Ethan, Jackson, Winnie, Weston, Bella and Brynlee. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way and sister.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Telulah Park (1300 E Newberry St, Appleton, WI 54915).
