He was predeceased by : his parents, James Holt and Judy Holt. He is survived by : his wife Nichole; his daughter Eva; his sister Wendy Francis (Mike); and his brothers-in-law, Nickolas Weiss and Steven Zebraitis. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
