He was predeceased by: his father Donald Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Debby Rasmussen (DeBruin); his children, Melissa Rasmussen, Trevor Rasmussen (Meghan) and Krista Kurtzweil (Bill); his grandchildren, Sheldon, Ainsley Achs, Addison, Aaron Rasmussen, Eliya, Logan and Blake Kurtzweil; and his siblings, Debbie Justus (Gary) and David Rasmussen. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Operation Christmas Child or The Hope Clinic and Care Center in Menasha are preferred.
