He is survived by: his wife Kris Meinert; his children, Rick Gamble, Carolyn Wanamaker (Tim), Nell Gamble (Nick Bedi) and Jack Gamble (Nicola Gray); his siblings, Tom Gamble (Maria), Susan Yates, John "Scott" Gamble (Michele) and Kathy Cotto; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Simon Gamble, Mason, Bennett Wanamaker, Oliver and Briony Gamble. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
