He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rohde and Mildred Rohde (LaRue). He is survived by: his wife Caren Hardt; his daughters, Ellen Rohde and Abbey Strachota (Jeff); his grandson Sam Strachota; his sister Mary Pozolinski (Mark); his brother-in-law David Hardt (Jere); his nieces, Erin Vande Hey (Dan), Kristin Vorel (Todd) and Katie Hardt; and his nephew Patrick Hardt.
