He was predeceased by: his former wives, Betty and Patricia; and his parents, Sherburn F. Stroebel and Esther E. Von Stroebel (Stepanek). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his brothers, Jack Stroebel (Jutta) and Alan (Mary); his stepdaughter Christine Simancik (Patrick); and his adoptive children, Melodie (Chris) of Blieck and Joseph R. Stroebel of Oshkosh. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, family, & many friends.
