He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lockhart, and Ina Lockhart, Jr. (Callaway); his daughter Patricia; his brothers, Keith and Ken; and his aunt Edra.
He is survived by: his wife Kalene Oppor (Olson); his sons, Scott Lockhart (Tina), Paul Lockhart (Jenny), Mike Lockhart (Jody), Mark Oppor (Angie) and Nick Oppor (Colleen); his grandchildren, Hannah (Ben), Isaac, Kendra (Jon), Nicholas, Emily (Kyle), Aaron, Schanda, Amber, Kyle (Autumn), Kourtney, Jack, Max and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Lottie, Natalie and Luka; and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Carolyn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (2330 E Calumet St, Appleton, WI 54915). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
