He is survived by: his wife Ann Schmidt; his children, Brian Schmidt and Kelly Miller (Barrett); his grandchildren, Kayla Nowak (Benny), Kendra Miller, Kiera Miller (Ryan McShane) and Bryson Miller; his great grandchild Addie; and his sisters, Karen Lorge and Dorothy Paulowski (Lenny). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church (129 S Mason St, Appleton, WI 54914). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice in Roger's name.
