He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blom and Garnet Blom (Ebert); and his sister Darlene. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Marohl; his daughters, Traci Jo Blom of Milwaukee and Laurie Ann Phan of Manhattan Beach, California.; and his grandchildren, Madison and Jameson Phan.
